Include recovery labels in a co-branded welcome kit. Test registration, returns and any effect on covered losses. Claims savings depend on policy cover and incremental recovery; they are not assumed.
CAPTUR FOR BUSINESSES
Put a simple recovery label into the relationship you already have with your customers. We’re proposing a 90-day Czech pilot to measure what happens next.
Request a pilotA PRACTICAL PARTNER MODEL
Each pilot starts with your existing workflow. We agree responsibilities, privacy requirements and success measures before distribution.
Include recovery labels in a co-branded welcome kit. Test registration, returns and any effect on covered losses. Claims savings depend on policy cover and incremental recovery; they are not assumed.
Give passengers or a staff cohort labels and use a clear hand-in route. Explore how a Captur ID could complement existing lost-property records, including eZtráty where agreed.
Offer a limited free sticker cohort to residents, with a named lost-and-found office and a simple return process. Confirm scope and funding in the pilot agreement.
TEST THE ECONOMICS
The question is whether additional, eligible recoveries create enough value to cover distribution and operations. This example helps scope the test. Every number below is an assumption, not a supplier quote or Captur result.
| Scenario | Sticker cost | Avoidable paid claim | Extra eligible claims avoided | Expected gross benefit | Net before operations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conservative | 35 CZK | 3,000 CZK | 0.5 pp | 15 CZK | −20 CZK |
| Working assumption | 35 CZK | 8,000 CZK | 1.0 pp | 80 CZK | +45 CZK |
| Upside | 35 CZK | 15,000 CZK | 2.0 pp | 300 CZK | +265 CZK |
Gross benefit = avoidable paid claim × incremental probability of avoiding an eligible paid claim per distributed sticker. Net = gross benefit − sticker cost. Other partner costs, including any finder reward borne by the partner, must also be deducted. A return is not automatically an avoided claim.
Before onboarding, support, tax, shipping and any reward or return costs borne by the partner.
START LIGHT. INTEGRATE WHEN USEFUL.
These are integration options to scope with partners. No live API or premium product is claimed today.
A small label set, clear registration instructions and partner branding approved by both parties. A first pilot can run without an API.
A later option for kit activation and recovery status, with scoped permissions and a data-sharing agreement. API access would follow a validated manual workflow.
A later option for assisted returns and agreed reporting. Pricing, responsibilities and service levels will follow evidence from the pilot.
A PROPOSED 90-DAY PILOT
Agree the pilot first. Then distribute a bounded sticker cohort, test registration and the hand-in flow, and compare outcomes with the partner’s existing process.
Scope, cohort, baseline, responsibilities, lawful bases and data-protection terms.
Activation, recovery enquiries, verified returns and support workload.
Costs, privacy feedback and whether enough recovery events exist to support a next step.
Rare loss events may make 90 days too short to prove claims savings. Activation and operational fit are useful early evidence; a larger comparison may be needed.
